Meet SarojSaroj, a single mother of a 7-year old daughter hails from a family of masons from Uttar Pradesh. The family migrated to Chandigarh about 25 years ago. Her dynamic initiative and leadership quality saw the light of day when Chhoti Si Asha provided her with an opportunity to exhibit her wonderful skills through everyday teamwork. |

Meet ShivaWise Shiva is the mother of two bright and ambitious boys, whom she proudly sends to a convent school. Hailing from a village in Uttar Pradesh, she says Chhoti Si Asha is truly the "Asha" or "Hope" of her life. As Chhoti Si Asha has given her the opportunity to play an active role in the betterment of the future of her children. Always smiling and keen, Shiva's presence brings calmness and logic to our team. |

Meet Bobby Bobby became a part of Chhoti Si Asia when he was 10 years old. Back then, he used to beg on the streets. For the past years, he has been an integral part of the team. He has given up begging, learnt through tuitions, and has greatly increased his skills. He's the best skilled on the team when it comes to making folders and boxes. And a true inspiration to his community. |

Meet Shama A beautiful and high-achieving woman, Shama is a mother of two children. Married at a very young age, Shama has since walked out of her unhappy marriage and taken a very active role in supporting and propelling her children to a bright future. |

Meet Geeta Geeta is a woman who is very open to learning new things and experimentation. Her spirit is infectious. The enthusiasm she shows in her work results in beautiful creations. A migrant from Bihar, she is one the newer members at Chhoti Si Asha. |

Meet Mona A young and dynamic girl, Mona a recent successful 10th pass, works at Chhoti Si Asha in her free time. Mona balances school, computer lessons, and home responsibilities with a big smile. She really enjoys creating beautiful pieces and wants to grow up to be a designer or a dancer. |

Meet Jaswinder Aunty, as we all refer to her, is an exceptionally bright lady. She is the one person at Chhoti Si Asha who turns concepts to reality with a lot of ease. A mother of 3, aunty may seem to be weak in body, but is very strong in her mind and spirit. |

Meet Manju An effervescent woman, who has a never-say-die attitude, she is a mother of 3 children and is also a migrant from Uttar Pradesh. She is illiterate and was married at the age of 5. Her determination to provide her children with a future brighter than hers has brought an additional sense of strength and empowerment to each piece that she produces. |
